How To Shop Here

Shopping on the Internet is convenient, easy and not to mention fun! This guide will walk you through the basics. If for any reason you have any trouble at all PLEASE feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.

Locating products:


First you locate the product you want. Sometimes you are not sure what you want. At Forever And A Day Gift Boutique you are able to find products several different ways.
1. You can browse through our products by subject. They are all listed in the content navagation bar on the left side.
        2. You can also search for something based on subject. Example: "clocks" Enter what your looking for then click the "search" button. Your results will be displayed on the next page. You will have a choice of different pages that will consist of your search. Click on which one fits your needs. You will go to that page of products.
3. You can view a product in larger form by clicking on the item. A larger view will pop up for you.
4. Once you have located the item you would like, there will be a description of that product, including all information about the product. Example: Sizes, color choices, fragrance choice, and more. To purchase that items, see How to purchase items online below.


How To Purchase products:


1. Once you have located the item you want, there will be a "add to cart"   button under that item. Click on the add to cart button. This will take you to your "shopping cart" page. There you will be able to change Qualities and view your cart to make sure that the item you want is the same. Check color, sizes, Qty, fragrances and more.
2. You will then have a choice to "Continue shopping" OR "Proceed to check out". Continue shopping will take you back to our store front page. Proceed to check out will take you to a secure check out page. If you choose to continue shopping, the items that you already put in your cart will remain there for the next time you go back to "view cart" OR "add to cart".
3. You can also "View your cart" at any time by clicking on "View cart" button on the bottom of every page.


To Check Out and Buy your products:

Once you are at your shopping cart, click on the "Proceed to check out" button. This will take you to a secure check out process. Just follow the instructions given by Our secure and safe payment system.


You will need to have the following information ready for check out.
1. Credit card
2. Personal information, such as delivery address, phone, email address, and more.
3. We will be notified that your order has been placed and Forever And A Day Gift Boutique will send you notification that we have received this order. You order will be shipped usually within 24-48 hours of you placing/paying for the order.
Personal information is used solely for the purchase of placing your order. It is NOT sold or used in any other way except for processing your order.


Mail-In Orders:


If you would prefer to place your order via postal mail. You can print out a "Mail-In order form from our store front page. You can browse our store online for product information such as product number, Qty, sizes, description, and more. You can fill out the Mail-In order form using the information off our online store. Just mail it to the address listed on the order form. We accept credit cards, personal checks or money orders. If paying by personal check and it has cleared the bank, your product will be shipped to you. Usually it takes about 5-7 business day for this to happen. When ordering with a mail-in order form, please make sure you have all the information correct on the form for proper shipping information. We are not responsible for improper information.


All return checks (checks return to us by your bank for non-payment) have a $25.00 charge.

NEW shipping rates! We now offer lower shipping rates on smaller orders. For example if you wanted to order just one bar of our handmade soap or couple bags of our powder incense, we will refund the shipping difference. Your order will be processed with our standard shipping rates, however when processing your order for shipping, refunds will be issued at that time.


You can also call us with your order or You can also pay via postal mail with a Money Order, Check or credit card. Here's our mail-in order form.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards. We also except payments using Paypal, which is the Leader in Secure Online Payments for your protection. Money Orders and Checks are excepted through mail-in order. You do not have to have a Paypal account with to make credit card payments.
