Only the last few numbers of your credit card is revealed during order confirmation e-mails. During order processing , all credit card digits are transmitted to the credit card processing company.

Shipping:

We usually ship within 5-7 days(Usually less)of payment Monday - Friday unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, not including holidays. Standard delivery can sometimes take up to 1 week, usually less. Shop from home and have your gifts delivered right to your friends and family. Just enter the shipping address when checking out. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If we ship order back out a second time another shipping charge will apply.
No P.O. Box addresses, must be physical addresses for delivery.

PLEASE READ: Handmade items can take approx. 10-14 days to ship, (Handmade candles will take longer, see candle department)so please take this into consideration when ordering for holidays or special occasions. If you order an item(s) that has been discontinued we will contact you via email and process the rest of your order as ordered. Refunds will be issued right away for discontinued items. Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. We will replace the item and set you up with return instructions. Refunds are giving after product/s are returned and received by Forever And A Day Gift Boutique. If you should receive damage product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of product and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product. Damage product MUST also be returned prior to reshipping new product. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned/refunded merchandise. You will be charged the 25% restocking fee even if you are returning damage product for a refund instead of exchange. (No restocking fee on exchanges). Shipping charges are not refundable regardless of rather or not you are sending the product back for refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
