Forever And A Day Gift Boutique is a family owned and operated business. We are a online business established in 2006 and we are based out of Phoenix Arizona. We accept payments via online, postal mail, email or telephone orders always welcomed. Phone orders are available MST 8AM ~ 5PM, Monday ~ Friday. (Excluding holidays)

Without our customers, we would not be in business. We also believe that customer satisfaction is VERY important. A happy customer is a return customer. And is also your best form of advertising. Happy customers tell all their family and friends about you. So do un-happy customers but that is not the kind of advertising we want.

Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. Refunds are giving after product/s are returned and received by Forever And A Day Gift Boutique. If you should receive damage product, you should notify us right away and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product, or refund your money. Damage product MUST also be returned prior to refunding money or reshipping new product. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges).
Security:
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information to protect the security of that info during transmission. Only the last few numbers of your credit card is revealed during order confirmation e-mails. During order processing , all credit card digits are transmitted to the credit card processing company.
If your not comfortable putting your information online not a problem we also take phone orders.
Shipping:
We ship within 2-3 days, of payment Monday thru Friday unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, not including holidays. Standard delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders of $50.00-$99.99 = $12.95 Shipping
Orders of $100.00-$149.99 = $14.95 Shipping
Orders over $150.00 = $19.95 Shipping

NEW shipping rates! We now offer lower shipping rates on smaller orders. For example if you wanted to order just one bar of our handmade soap or couple bags of our powder incense, we will refund the shipping difference. Your order will be processed with our standard shipping rates, however when processing your order for shipping, refunds will be issued at that time.
