We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information to protect the security of that info during transmission. Only the last few numbers of your credit card is revealed during order confirmation e-mails. During order processing , all credit card digits are transmitted to the credit card processing company.

Shipping:
We usually ship within 5-7 days(Usually less)of payment Monday - Friday unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, not including holidays. Standard delivery can sometimes take up to 1 week, usually less. Shop from home and have your gifts delivered right to your friends and family. Just enter the shipping address when checking out. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If we ship order back out a second time another shipping charge will apply. No P.O. Box addresses, must be physical addresses for delivery.
PLEASE READ: Handmade items can take approx. 10-14 days to ship, (Handmade candles will take longer, see candle department)so please take this into consideration when ordering for holidays or special occasions. These items are made at time of ordering, not mass produced. Just like the saying "Good things come to those who wait". These orders are handmade at time of order, in the order they were received. They are worth the wait.

Back-Ordered items: You will be sent an email to find out if you would like to wait for your item(s) to come in stock and shipped then or if you would like to be issued a refund for your item(s). Back order items usually come back in stock within 2-3 weeks.
Handmade items are shipped asap. These item have a little longer shipping range than our other products. Each item is handmade when ordered. Usually shipped within 10-14 days of ordering.
Although we make every effort to maintain our sites items and satisfy all our customers, occasionally we may miss an item(s) that is either out of stock or has been discontinued. If you order an item(s) that has been discontinued we will contact you via email and process the rest of your order as ordered. Refunds will be issued right away for discontinued items. Back order items: You will be sent an email to find out if you would like to wait for your item(s) to come in stock and shipped then or if you would like to be issued a refund for your item(s). Our Christmas Holiday Shipping deadline is December 13Th. Make sure you shop early to ensure your gift gets there on time.
**Unless you are ordering powder incense/burners. December 17Th is the last day to order powder incense and burners in time for Christmas. You must order by noon MST.
We still offer NO guarantee for on time delivery. We can not control your shipment once it leaves our store.

Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. We will replace the item and set you up with return instructions. Refunds are giving after product/s are returned and received by Forever And A Day Gift Boutique. If you should receive damage product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of product and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product. Damage product MUST also be returned prior to reshipping new product. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned/refunded merchandise. You will be charged the 25% restocking fee even if you are returning damage product for a refund instead of exchange. (No restocking fee on exchanges). Shipping charges are not refundable regardless of rather or not you are sending the product back for refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA number. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days from the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 business days.
We can NOT cancel an order once it has been received by us or already shipped. Orders at Forever And A Day Gift Boutique are processed right after receiving your order request. We believe that this is part of excellent customer service. This also allows for faster delivery time to our customers.
