Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. Refunds are giving after product/s are returned and received by Forever And A Day Gift Boutique. If you should receive damage product, you should notify us right away and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product, or refund your money. Damage product MUST also be returned prior to refunding money or reshipping new product. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges).

Only the last few numbers of your credit card is revealed during order confirmation e-mails. During order processing , all credit card digits are transmitted to the credit card processing company.

Shipping:

We ship within 2-3 days, of payment Monday thru Friday unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, not including holidays. Standard delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. NEW shipping rates! We now offer lower shipping rates on smaller orders. For example if you wanted to order just one bar of our handmade soap or couple bags of our powder incense, we will refund the shipping difference. Your order will be processed with our standard shipping rates, however when processing your order for shipping, refunds will be issued at that time.
